Full Tang Rosewood Line - 6" Santoku Style Chef
These quality knives are made with high carbon stainless "full tang" steel, meaning the steel extends completely through the handle. The steel is thicker and heavier than the regular and poly line knives.
Straight edge blade, smaller rosewood handle than our regular chef knife, very comfortable for chopping and dicing veggies, meats, chicken, etc.
Santoku Style blades are very popular for general purpose kitchen duties.
